2025-2026
Steadshare Pilot
A small 50-100 unit apartment and townhome community located in the DC Metro area, this community will serve as a pilot program to test the viability of our financing and development model.
2026-2030
Steadshare 2.0
Once our pilot is completed, our goal is to build at least 5-10 additional communities, each one in various metro areas around the United States. These communities will be mixed use, including apartment, townhome, and single family properties for purchase.
Early 2030s
Steadshare Vitae
After building various communities, our eventual end goal is to build a master-planned community called Vitae, a city within a city where residents can build multi-generational living with community and sustainable growth at the forefront.
